Our story begins from afar ... when in the street of my birth house, where the Antico Biscottificio Mautino of Turin was located, there was a sweet smell ... I was a child then and I played in the alley ... then one day I asked to Mr. Giuseppe to teach me the art of working the “torcetto”, that nice as well as a very good cookie that became part of the Piemonte’ artisan products. Today we are in Avigliana, in Valle di Susa, after 30 years of experience in the sector of biscuits and sweets.

We work to give a simple and genuine pleasure, like that of the past, which passes through a careful selection of raw materials from the area, processed according to the ancient techniques of artisan excellence combined with the most modern technologies, in order to respect the origin and the organoleptic properties of the product and preserve its freshness.
We like to know how to bring the simplicity of nature, the traditions of a territory and make them meet with your taste ... give you a moment of authentic pleasure that at the same time respects your health.
In this regard we have introduced in addition to our specialty "'l Torcet", and the classic ("Paste' d Melia", also biscuits created with flours of ancient grains (khorasan grain, spelt, rice, buckwheat ...) with natural sweeteners, biscuits flavored with spices and herbs (anise, lavender ...), artisan “Panettoni” and cakes with a natural yeast.
