"Torcettone ...Ancient memories..." is a variation of “ ‘l Torcèt”, in our line "The Classics". According to tradition, it was made on the occasion of religious processions by the mothers of the children wich accompaning the procession; the biscuit was placed inside the sleeves of the tunics so that the children could take it off at any time and eat it. For this reason, the biscuit has a very large ring shape.

The product is entirely hand-made, with wheat flour, butter, sugar, yeast, honey. It does not contain hydrogenated fats or preservatives. This biscuit is ideal as a dessert at the end of the meal to accompany coffee, or with tea, hot chocolate and infusions.
